MEGF8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEGF8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEGF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, 4E-BP1, and NF2. Each is linked with MEGF8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEGF8-to-partner and partner-to-MEGF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by MEGF8-low versus MEGF8-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEGF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEGF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
