MEGF8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEGF8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,379 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEGF8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell migration involved in gastrulation, Fasciculation of sensory neuron axon, and Embryonic heart tube left/right pattern formation. Each is linked with MEGF8 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEGF8-to-partner and partner-to-MEGF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cell migration involved in gastrulation grouped by MEGF8-low versus MEGF8-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEGF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEGF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
