Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEGF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,902 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEGF6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COMP, CTHRC1, and FBLN1. Each is linked with MEGF6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEGF6-to-partner and partner-to-MEGF6 results are reported.
