MEGF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEGF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,180 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEGF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TVP23B, SMU1, and WDR76. Each is linked with MEGF6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEGF6-to-partner and partner-to-MEGF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TVP23B grouped by MEGF6-low versus MEGF6-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEGF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEGF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
