MEGF10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEGF10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,744 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEGF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUB1B, PIMREG, and KIF23. Each is linked with MEGF10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEGF10-to-partner and partner-to-MEGF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BUB1B grouped by MEGF10-low versus MEGF10-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEGF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEGF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
