MEGF10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEGF10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 264 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEGF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHOX2B, TP53TG3E, and AGXT2. Each is linked with MEGF10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEGF10-to-partner and partner-to-MEGF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHOX2B grouped by MEGF10-low versus MEGF10-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEGF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEGF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
