MEG9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEG9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,162 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEG9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, RCN3, and RSU1. Each is linked with MEG9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEG9-to-partner and partner-to-MEG9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEG9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEG9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
