MEG3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEG3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,349 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEG3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNN2, RAI14, and RARRES2. Each is linked with MEG3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEG3-to-partner and partner-to-MEG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
