MEG3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEG3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with MEG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEG3-to-partner and partner-to-MEG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
