MEFV

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEFV RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,174 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEFV-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGAM, MNDA, and RIN3. Each is linked with MEFV in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEFV-to-partner and partner-to-MEFV results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEFV versus ITGAM in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEFV→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEFV) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
