Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEFV protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,611 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MEFV-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCAR, SOD2, and CXCL1. Each is linked with MEFV in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEFV-to-partner and partner-to-MEFV results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEFV versus FCAR in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEFV→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEFV) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
