MED8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,059 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTCA, PSMB2, and TRAPPC3. Each is linked with MED8 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED8-to-partner and partner-to-MED8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED8 versus RTCA in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
