MED8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,754 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTPS1, NRDC, and OSBPL9. Each is linked with MED8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED8-to-partner and partner-to-MED8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED8 versus CTPS1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
