Across TCGA cell cohorts, MED8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,702 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment or maintenance of microtubule cytoskeleton polarity, Myoblast migration involved in skeletal muscle regeneration, and Regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion. Each is linked with MED8 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED8-to-partner and partner-to-MED8 results are reported.
