Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,597 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDCD2, MAT2B, and KIAA1191. Each is linked with MED7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED7-to-partner and partner-to-MED7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED7 versus NUDCD2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
