Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,396 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED7-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPM1, BRIP1, and SRSF2. Each is linked with MED7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED7-to-partner and partner-to-MED7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED7 versus NPM1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
