Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 463 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTUS2-AS1, CCDC43, and HARBI1. Each is linked with MED7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED7-to-partner and partner-to-MED7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTUS2-AS1 grouped by MED7-low versus MED7-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
