Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, p62 Lck ligand, and PDK1_pS241. Each is linked with MED7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED7-to-partner and partner-to-MED7 results are reported.
