Across TCGA cell cohorts, MED7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,148 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide-excision repair, Regulation of centriole elongation, and Granulocyte differentiation. Each is linked with MED7 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED7-to-partner and partner-to-MED7 results are reported.
