MED4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,421 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KPNA3, SUGT1, and TSC22D1. Each is linked with MED4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED4-to-partner and partner-to-MED4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED4 versus KPNA3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
