MED4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5591, MIR4749, and RNU6-279P. Each is linked with MED4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED4-to-partner and partner-to-MED4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5591 grouped by MED4-low versus MED4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
