Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED4-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,989 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED4-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter, Microtubule nucleation, and Macromolecule deacylation. Each is linked with MED4-AS1 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED4-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-MED4-AS1 results are reported.
