Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,976 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED30-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDCD1, CHRAC1, and HSF1. Each is linked with MED30 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED30-to-partner and partner-to-MED30 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED30 versus NUDCD1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED30→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
