Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED30 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,734 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED30-associated genes across cancer lineages are KPNB1, HELLS, and BRCA1. Each is linked with MED30 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED30-to-partner and partner-to-MED30 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED30 versus KPNB1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED30→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
