MED30

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED30 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED30-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tem and Macrophages M1. Each is linked with MED30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED30-to-partner and partner-to-MED30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ Tem grouped by MED30-low versus MED30-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED30→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
