Across TCGA cell cohorts, MED30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,262 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED30-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle, Positive regulation of cell cycle process, and Protein localization to condensed chromosome. Each is linked with MED30 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED30-to-partner and partner-to-MED30 results are reported.
