MED26

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,456 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED26-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRD4, WIZ, and UPF1. Each is linked with MED26 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED26-to-partner and partner-to-MED26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED26 versus BRD4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED26→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
