MED24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,758 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED24-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRSF9, NONO, and XRCC1. Each is linked with MED24 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED24-to-partner and partner-to-MED24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED24 versus SRSF9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED24→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
