Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED24 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,938 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED24-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASF1B, CDC6, and EZH2. Each is linked with MED24 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED24-to-partner and partner-to-MED24 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED24 versus ASF1B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED24→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
