MED24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,368 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED24-associated genes across cancer lineages are NARS1, TIMM21, and RPL23AP82. Each is linked with MED24 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED24-to-partner and partner-to-MED24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NARS1 grouped by MED24-low versus MED24-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED24→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
