MED24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MED24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED24-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTF1, IQCF5, and USP17L22. Each is linked with MED24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED24-to-partner and partner-to-MED24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UTF1 grouped by MED24-low versus MED24-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED24→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
