Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,173 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED23-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VTA1, ARID1B, and REPS1. Each is linked with MED23 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED23-to-partner and partner-to-MED23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED23 versus VTA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED23→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
