Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED23 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,820 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED23-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTFR2, LIN9, and TRIP13. Each is linked with MED23 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED23-to-partner and partner-to-MED23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED23 versus MTFR2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED23→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
