MED22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,501 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EHMT1, BRD3, and RRBP1. Each is linked with MED22 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED22-to-partner and partner-to-MED22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED22 versus EHMT1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED22→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
