Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED22 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,270 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED22-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUF2, EME1, and PRMT5. Each is linked with MED22 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED22-to-partner and partner-to-MED22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED22 versus NUF2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED22→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
