MED21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED21-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR98, MIR7702, and MIR8055. Each is linked with MED21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED21-to-partner and partner-to-MED21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR98 grouped by MED21-low versus MED21-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED21→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
