Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED20 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,349 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED20-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC5, CENPH, and EME1. Each is linked with MED20 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED20-to-partner and partner-to-MED20 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED20 versus RFC5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED20→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
