Across TCGA cell cohorts, MED20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,764 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA polymerase II preinitiation complex assembly, Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, and Nucleic acid transport. Each is linked with MED20 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED20-to-partner and partner-to-MED20 results are reported.
