Across TCGA cell cohorts, MED17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,333 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein acetylation, Positive regulation of protein acetylation, and Microtubule organizing center organization. Each is linked with MED17 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED17-to-partner and partner-to-MED17 results are reported.
