MED16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,746 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SGTA, KHSRP, and CLPP. Each is linked with MED16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED16-to-partner and partner-to-MED16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED16 versus SGTA in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
