MED16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED16-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Rad50, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with MED16 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED16-to-partner and partner-to-MED16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by MED16-low versus MED16-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
