Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED13L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,397 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED13L-associated genes across cancer lineages are ROS1, PPP4R4, and PAIP2B. Each is linked with MED13L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED13L-to-partner and partner-to-MED13L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED13L versus ROS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED13L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED13L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
