MED11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,295 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPAG7, CRK, and YWHAE. Each is linked with MED11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED11-to-partner and partner-to-MED11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED11 versus SPAG7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
