Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,999 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED11-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC34, KHK, and CMSS1. Each is linked with MED11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED11-to-partner and partner-to-MED11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED11 versus CCDC34 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
