MED10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,569 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSUN2, TRIP13, and TRIO. Each is linked with MED10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED10-to-partner and partner-to-MED10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED10 versus NSUN2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
