Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,121 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED10-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBL, NOP58, and DDX11. Each is linked with MED10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED10-to-partner and partner-to-MED10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED10 versus FBL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
