Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bap1-c-4, EGFR_pY1068, and ATM. Each is linked with MED1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED1-to-partner and partner-to-MED1 results are reported.
