Across TCGA cell cohorts, MED1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,419 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription initiation, Regulation of microtubule depolymerization, and Nuclear transport. Each is linked with MED1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED1-to-partner and partner-to-MED1 results are reported.
