MECP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MECP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,547 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MECP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GDI1, VEZF1, and PHF6. Each is linked with MECP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MECP2-to-partner and partner-to-MECP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MECP2 versus GDI1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MECP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MECP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
