MECP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MECP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MECP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rictor_pT1135, Di-Ras3, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with MECP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MECP2-to-partner and partner-to-MECP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rictor_pT1135 grouped by MECP2-low versus MECP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MECP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MECP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
